Refund and Returns Policy

At Digital Bazar Online, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must provide the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    1. You received a defective or damaged product.

    2. You received the wrong item compared to your order.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges (70 BDT inside Dhaka, 120 BDT outside Dhaka) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

  • If the product is in stock, we can replace it instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
